Employer engagement is a vital part of careers education - did you know that a young person is 86% less likely to be not in education, employment or training if they have 4 or more employer encounters whilst in education? They are also likely to earn 18% more than their peers.

Meaningful employer encounters and experiences of the workplace help young people understand the options available to them, the skills and experience they need for the workplace, and how to get to where they want to be. As an employer, you can help to raise aspirations, challenge stereotypes, inspire young people and help them make informed choices about their future.

We know that time is precious, especially if you are a small business, so our menu of opportunities has ways to get involved from as little as half an hour.
